Job Purpose
The incumbent will assess and evaluate patient condition, plan, implement, provide, and document patient care in a manner that follows professional nursing standards and outlined practices.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct physical assessment and mental status examination of patients.
- Prepare, implement and evaluate nursing care plans, following professional nursing standards
- Administer and monitor medications and report any medication errors or adverse reactions
- Prepare complete and accurate patient documentation
- Comply with patient admission and discharge protocols
- Ensure compliance with patient safety policies and closely monitor patients with suicidal ideation or violent behavior.
- Maintain cannulas to chemo patients and pediatrics.
- Should have the basic knowledge of Radiation Therapy and chemo therapy.

Qualifications
• Qualification: Diploma from a recognized school of nursing with current registration from Pakistan Nursing Council
• Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Hospital/ critical environment and radiation therapy experience would be preferred, but fresh graduates or those with experience in other fields will also be considered.
• Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to maintain clear and accurate patient documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and deal with difficult patients and families.
